Each sweet tray is an exquisite assortment of pastries and leaf Baixas, ideal to delight the sweetest palates. This tray includes 4 mini croissants, 4 mini ensaimadas, 4 mini chocolate croissants and 12 mini palm trees.

The mini butter croissant is made with a premium Corman butter-rich puff pastry dough. It gives it a delicate texture, a rich and noble flavor, handmade. The other ingredients are: wheat flour, sugar, salt, yeast, milk and egg for painting. Our croissant is a superlative experience: crispy sheets, soft crumb and honeycomb, melts in your mouth.

The mini ensaimada is made from a light and aerated dough, made with wheat flour, eggs, sugar, water, yeast and lard. Its preparation requires patience and technique. Once baked, the result is a golden ensaimada crispy on the outside, with a generous layer of icing sugar on top. The interior will be soft and delicate. The grace of this product is the crunchiness on the outside and tender inside, highly volatile. Slightly moistened thanks to lard lard.

The mini chocolate croissant is a perfect combination with a crunchy texture, and intense, creamy chocolate. The contrast between chocolate and leaf is intoxicating and nobly emulsifies on the palate.

Finally, the mini palms. Crunchy, delicate, with its virtuous caramelized. Very capricious.
