The base of the cake is formed by the 70% Valrhona chocolate mousse. This mousse has an intense flavour and a smooth, silky texture. It melts in your mouth. The chocolate from the outside and the coffee flavor from the heart of the cake will combine perfectly.

The heart of the cake is a "parfait", a semi-cold, made of 100% Arabica coffee, assembled with cream and white chocolate. First infuse the coffee bean with one part cream, then add a tip of white chocolate and finally, finish adding the semi-whipped cream. In this case, coffee is the identifying ingredient of this cake and is the predominant flavor.

We finish the cake with a chocolate bath with a gun. A very tempting velvet finish.
