Stuffed salty puff pastry tray (Recommended for 4 people)

The stuffed salty puff pastry tray is a delicious assortment that offers an irresistible combination of flavors and textures. This tray includes 8 units of each product: almond puff pastry, Frankfurt puff pastry, sobrasada puff pastry, black sausage puff pastry and cheese foil puff pastry.

Puff straws are the base of this tray and provide a crunchy and slightly salty texture. The basis of such a tray is puff pastry, which is obtained from wheat flour, water, salt and butter, which is used for laminating. First we make a block and let it rest. After an hour, spread the dough and apply the butter. Then we make the folds and let the cold dough rest for a minimum of 30 minutes. We will repeat this operation three times. Before baking it we will have had to refrigerate it for at least another hour.
