The Caprese Brochette with Anchovy is an appetizer that combines very Mediterranean, fresh and quality ingredients. Of Italian origin as is the caprese salad, we add an anchovy.
Tomato and basil are perfect travel companions for mozzarella. They provide aroma, freshness and acidity.
The main product of this skewer is buffalo mozzarella, rich in animal proteins and combines very well with the freshness and acidity of the other ingredients. The aroma that all this gives off is very Mediterranean.
Anchovy from the Cantabrian Sea is the surprise ingredient of this skewer. With it, we bring a saline touch that is so grateful for the tomato and its whole.
Extra virgin olive oil is the patina that makes the product shine and cushions the ingredients.
The final touch of black pepper is decorative and aromatic. The memory we get is even more Mediterranean.
