The drinking chocolate ingredients are: Cocoa paste, cocoa, sugar, almond powder, rice flour, liquid vanilla and salt. The presentation is powdered, and is ideal to dissolve in hot milk to obtain a hot chocolate, very comforting. The 68% cocoa content gives it a good intensity, with bitter touches and subtle notes of tropical fruit.
For the preparation of chocolate in the cup, we recommend starting the boil from the milk and lowering the heat a little. Then add the chocolate to our liking until it boils again. Then the chocolate will be ready. Just let it sit for a while and, if you want it to thicken, add more cocoa.
