We will also season with pine nut from the country, raisins and a touch of black pepper. The combination of all this is exquisite. Remember the famous Catalan style spinach.
At the same time, we prepare the organic eggs and the sour cream. When the preparation is ready, we mix everything. At this point, we have the recipe ready. We distribute the mixture in small molds and bake, controlling the time and temperature, preventing the quiche from becoming dry or too dry.
