The mini acorn-fed Iberian ham baguette is the sandwich par excellence. Elongated, thin, crispy and delicate. Our flute is a bubble loaf, crispy, dry. Once baked, arrange the bread in two halves and spread with ripe hanging tomato and extra virgin olive oil. Finally, stuff with the top quality acorn-fed Iberian ham. Its texture is mellow, intense but not salty, elegant. The meat and fat melt in the mouth and display very complex territorial aromas.

The mini white sausage ciabatta is an authentic delight of the traditional cuisine of the country. Made by a local producer, our white sausage is mellow, tender, very artisanal. It evokes noble, wild aromas of territory. The ciabatta, spread with hanging tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, has a crispy crust and is tender inside.

The mini York brioche and cheese is a classic and very satisfying combination. The brioche is very fluffy and slightly sweet, and goes fantastically well with the ham and cheese filling that is more saline. The texture of the ensemble is very tender and mellow. Easy to eat for all audiences.

Frankfurt puff pastry is a perfect choice for leaf lovers. In this case, filled with Frankfurt, it gives intensity and consistency to the puff pastry. A classic that never disappoints.
