Mini bomb

The mini bomb is a delicious appetizer of traditional cuisine, very much from Barcelona. This exquisite bomb starts with Monalisa potatoes at its optimum cooking point and crushed until it obtains a slightly smooth texture. Then the filling is added - premium farm sausage. We will bring an intense, very distinguished flavor.

To get more mellow, add egg yolk and a little butter. It is combined with a little cayenne and adds a slightly spicy touch. Next, each bomb is breaded with panko that will give a crunchy texture and a golden fry.

To accompany this dish, a light, classic mayonnaise, which balances the flavors and adds silkiness to the bomb. The final touch is a homemade romesco sauce with the usual ingredients of a lifetime: nuts, pepper, tomato, garlic, toast, salt and pepper.
