As a starting point, we make a sauté of onion, tomato, red pepper and green pepper. The onion will bring sweetness and mellowness, the other ingredients - freshness and acidity. This sofrito will combine perfectly with tuna.

Canned tuna is the protagonist of this empanada. With an intense, very Mediterranean flavour, tuna and hard-boiled egg adapt fantastically and symbolise a fusion of book. A touch of "ciboulette" will give us an aromatic and fresh note.

The amorosious extra virgin olive oil will fill you with this very Mediterranean note.
