SaladBaixas, as the name suggests, it is the salad that represents us the most.
It is a fabulous combination of textures, as we have the softness of white asparagus, the creaminess of avocado of supreme quality, the light crunchy note of red radish and carrots and the juicy texture of fresh tomatoes.
Its varied lettuce, "ciboulette" and the contrast of flavors in the mouth, make this salad a great choice both for the hot summer to cool off, and in winter to accompany a hot meal.
To spice up this gastronomic marvel, a quality extra virgin olive oil is used, which enhances the flavors and provides a slightly fruity richness. Salt to taste is responsible for enhancing the qualities of the ingredients without hiding their essence.
