Cod Carpaccio is an appetizer that invites us to enjoy the subtlety and freshness of fresh cod in an elegant and exquisite presentation.
Fresh cod, cut into thin slices, is the basis of this dish. The texture is tender and delicate with an intense, slightly saline flavor. Complete with oil and pepper.
To finish, we have seasonal tomatoes crushed and filtered on top of the cod. We provide a sweet and acid note that will contrast perfectly with the cod. Finish with salt, virgin olive oil and a touch of parsley. A very fresh dish ideal for the summer season.
