The coca de Llavaneres is a traditional Catalan pastry delicacy, in this case, closely linked to the most traditional pastry shop in the Maresme. It is a perfect combination between crispy puff pastry and a sweet and aromatic cream filling.

The filling of the Llavaneres cake is traditionally cream-based. The cream is soft and silky, with a subtle vanilla flavor and a touch of lemon. In this way we will achieve a more refreshing and lighter product. The cream and the leaf go absolutely hand in hand, the combination is exceptional.
