Lemon cake is a light, very tender cake that captivates the senses with its vibrant flavor and a touch of citrus. This rectangular cake has a very soft cake base and a creamy frosting on top.

Lemon cake has a tender, moist crumb, imbued with a hint of lemon. Our cake has a very controlled sugar level and we do not use dyes or stabilizers. We want it to be as natural and healthy as possible. Cooking should be perfect: the dough should be moist without being raw.

The frosting is slightly creamy, and compensates for the low percentage of sugar in the dough. This frosting encapsulates the cake and with its sweetness, enhances the flavors of the whole.
