Tuna with soy

Delicious recipe for fresh bluefin tuna, soybeans, virgin olive oil, tomato cubes, white sesame, olive oil pearls, black pepper and fresh "ciboulette".

Minimum 4 units.

Tuna with Soya is a fantastic Asian recipe for bluefin tuna soaked with soy.

Fresh bluefin tuna is the main ingredient in this recipe. The tuna is premium bluefin. A smooth, soft and mellow tuna. Very elegant. We will macerate this for a while with low salt soy, we will give it a saline point, iodized, the umami flavor of the soy. Tuna, being rich in Omega 3 fats, is highly recommended from a nutritional point of view.

When it is macerated, arrange the tuna in a teaspoon and add small cubes of fresh tomato to provide freshness and acidity. Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and sesame. Soy and sesame are intimately linked and, organoleptically, combine very well.

Finally, some pearls of oil caviar will give us a Mediterranean memory in the mouth, very healthy. Garnish with a fresh cut of "ciboulette".
