The cheese tray is composed of an assortment of three varieties of delicious cheeses: Camembert, cured Manchego and Comté. Stipulated amount of 40gr. approx per person (160gr. in total).
Camembert, with its creamy and smooth texture, displays an earthy flavor of medium intensity.
Cured Manchego cheese has a harder texture, more powerful flavor and a more penetrating aroma.
The Comté has a slightly more grainy texture, very saline and a medium high flavor intensity. Very elegant.
To accompany the cheeses, some nut toast, quince and walnuts. These three elements combine fantastically with cheeses and complete the dessert perfectly.
This tray is perfect as a dessert if we want to avoid sweets. For a special gathering or simply to snack with friends in the middle of the afternoon. For those who want a good alternative to sweets, cheese!
