The jewel in our crown this season is the spectacular Mona Trencadís. Inspired by the iconic mosaics of Park Güell and the architecture of the Sagrada Familia, this creation is a true work of art in which chocolates of different types and colours are meticulously assembled by hand to recreate the famous Modernist style.
