The mini burger is a classic hamburger appetizer in small format. The brioche bread, slightly sweet and soft, is perfect for this dish.
The burger is handcrafted, with a combination of top quality beef and Iberian pork jowl. With this mixture we achieve mellowness and the desired intensity of flavor.
To accompany the burger, nothing better than caramelized onion. We make it over very low heat, which browns little by little and is sweetened by itself.
Antigua mustard mayonnaise is ideal for this dish. Its silky texture and slightly spicy acidity merge perfectly with the whole.
To finish the dish, Cheddar cheese. Arranged on top of the hot burger, the cheese is slowly melting, nothing else needs to be done.
