Passion fruit and mango are the stars of this recipe, now we make Sabayon. First of all, we choose the best fruit and make the puree. Add organic eggs, sugar and start boiling. At this point, we add white chocolate, cocoa butter and gelatin. The sabayon is finished. <\/p>\n
