This dough is injected with a pastry hose to create the desired elongated shape. Then bake until you get a crunchy texture on the outside and a tender and light interior.  <\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the creamy vanilla filling, we get it as follows: we mix milk, eggs, sugar, wheat flour and pure vanilla extract. We cook everything until we get a smooth and creamy texture. Once everything is well emulsified, it is injected into the <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">\u00e9clairs <\/span>providing an intense vanilla flavor and not extremely sweet. Very exquisite.   <\/p>\n<p>Finally, a touch of vital importance: frosting. Cover the top of the <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">\u00e9clairs <\/span>with a layer of coffee frosting, which will solidify with the temperature contrast.
