Sacher is a classic and traditional cake made with sponge cake, chocolate and apricot jam.<\/p>\n

The layers of chocolate gingerbread are the structure of this cake. Fluffy and light, we make the cake with: eggs, sugar, wheat flour, 70% chocolate and butter of the best quality. The layers of chocolate gingerbread give firmness and a fluffy structure to the cake.<\/p>\n

The key element is apricot jam. As usual in any Sacher cake recipe, we generously spread the jam between the layers of gingerbread to provide mellowness and silkiness. The sweet taste of apricot combines magnificently with the slight bitterness of chocolate.<\/p>\n

Finally, we finish the cake with a generous 70% Valrhona <\/span>chocolate icing. The bathroom should be stylish and precise. It should look like a mirror.<\/p>\n
