The wild fruits puff pastry is a refreshing process that combines a puff base with a soft pastry cream and a selection of seasonal wild fruits. This cake is known for its attractive aesthetics and its fresh and sweet taste. <\/p>\n

The base of the cake is a crisp, light and delicate leaf. This leaf acts as a base and provides a very crunchy texture that contrasts with the softness of the pastry cream and the freshness of the fruit. <\/p>\n

The pastry cream, made with milk, eggs, sugar and a touch of vanilla, is the delicious filling that spreads on the puff base.<\/p>\n

On top of the pastry cream, a selection of seasonal wild fruits is placed. This selection may include strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, currants or other succulent wild fruits.
