The Black Forest is an irresistible cake that combines layers of chocolate gingerbread with cream, amaretto and chocolate shavings. This cake is known for the sweet and mild taste of chocolate and inner cream, with the vibrant shavings on its outline. <\/p>\n

The base of the cake consists of layers of chocolate gingerbread. The ingredients of this gingerbread are: wheat flour, organic eggs, the best quality butter, yeast and cocoa. The result is a rich ginger bread intense in chocolate flavor. Bathe in a tip of syrup to make it tender and mellow. It will be the ideal base for our filling. <\/p>\n

The next step is to whistle the cream and do it with a drizzle of Amaretto, which is a famous Italian almond liqueur. The aroma is elegant and complex. From there, we will generously fill our layers of chocolate gingerbread with our whipped cream and Amaretto preparation. <\/p>\n

The last step is to cover the entire cake with 70% Valrhona chocolate shavings. The idea is to break the butter note of the cream, with a crunchy dark chocolate texture with its intensity. An exquisite combination. <\/p>\n
