When we have the mass in optimal condition, we form and give it the famous circular shape. Before baking, it should ferment properly for a minimum of 15 hours in optimal humidity conditions. <\/p>\n
Once baked, the result is a golden ensaimada crispy on the outside, with a generous layer of icing sugar on top. The interior will be soft and delicate. The grace of this product is the crunchiness on the outside and tender inside, highly volatile. Slightly moistened thanks to lard lard. <\/p>\n
