The cheese ciabatta is a traditional delight of the country’s gastronomy that will satisfy lovers of tradition and the most authentic flavors. This sandwich is an excellent combination between the intensity of semi-cured sheep manchego cheese and chapata. <\/p>\n

Our Manchego cheese is 100% handmade, from our trusted elavorador. A semi-cured sheep cheese from La Manchego, intense, slightly saline, of great complexity. It is the ideal complement to this sandwich, gives it a very good personality. <\/p>\n

The ciabatta is a highly hydrated dough, crispy on the outside, and honeycombed and tender inside. The ensemble is soft and combines very well with the cheese. At this point, open in two halves, grease the ripe tomato from hanging and add a good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. <\/p>\n

Whether for breakfast or snack, this ciabatta is a real wonder. Its simplicity makes its exquisiteness. The most important factor in this sandwich is the producer’s craftsmanship translated into an excellent product. The ciabatta does the rest. Happy meal to everyone! <\/p>\n
