A tender, honeyed Iberian ham. Cut with its fat, it melts in the mouth. The quality of its ingredients gives it a noble and traditional flavor, of high intensity. Our Iberian ham is territory and is the result of the culture of the best local producers.    <\/p>\n<p>The ciabatta is a highly hydrated dough, crispy on the outside, and honeycombed and tender inside. The ensemble is soft and combines very well with the ham. At this point, open in two halves, grease the ripe tomato from hanging and add a good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.  <\/p>\n<p>Whether for breakfast or snack, this ciabatta is a real wonder. Its simplicity makes its exquisiteness. The most important factor of this sandwich is the craftsmanship of the producer, translated into an excellent product, the king of the Iberian Peninsulas.
