The Iberian ham brioche is an authentic delight that combines the softness of a fluffy dough with the intense and exquisite taste of acorn-fed Iberian ham.<\/p>\n

The brioche dough is prepared with organic flour, eggs, sugar, yeast<\/span>, salt and butter of the best quality. We let ferment overnight and when the fermentation is optimal and the right volume, bake. Very important is the temperature of the oven and the cooking time.
