Anchovy toast is an exquisite appetizer that transports us to the most traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a contemporary twist.<\/p>\n

Toasted sliced bread is the basis of this toast. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it is an ideal support so as not to mask the main product. Then grease the kimchi butter, which is a sauce of Korean origin made from different ingredients very rich nutritionally with a spicy touch. Precisely butter softens the sauce. <\/p>\n

Below we have the best quality Cantabrian anchovy. Our anchovy has an enviable size, controlled salinity and a deep flavor. Smooth and honeyed texture, an exquisiteness. Place the roasted red pepper on the anchovy and a tip of spring onion that will provide freshness and contrast. The sweet pepper will balance the salinity of the anchovy. Top off with some pearls of caviar oil that will provide an elegant, very Mediterranean flavor. <\/p>\n
