The texture is tender and delicate with an intense, slightly saline flavor. Complete with oil and pepper.  <\/p>\n<p>To finish, we have seasonal tomatoes crushed and filtered on top of the cod. We provide a sweet and acid note that will contrast perfectly with the cod. Finish with salt, virgin olive oil and a touch of parsley. A very fresh dish ideal for the summer season.   <\/p>\n<p>Cod Carpaccio is an elegant, light dish that can be an ideal complement to other dishes of our catering. It is the most transversal example of traditional Catalan cuisine, evoking the purest Mediterranean flavors.
