The tuna and pepper “coca” is an authentic culinary delight that captivates us with its combination of Mediterranean and fresh flavors. The breeze pasta base, with its crunchy and buttery texture, serves as the perfect background for this exquisite combination.<\/p>\n

The caramelized onion is sweet and honeyed serves as a perfect base for a tomato, red and green pepper sofrito. This base will combine perfectly with tuna. A sweet base with a tip of acidity that will contrast very well with the rest of the ingredients.<\/p>\n

Canned tuna is the protagonist of this coca. With an intense flavor and characteristic of the Mediterranean, it combines with excellence with our sofrito. Grated hard-boiled egg and fresh “ciboulette<\/span>” close the dish. Color and freshness to close this recipe.<\/p>\n
