Receiving this award is not only a <strong>seal of excellence<\/strong>, but also a <strong>testament to the love for well-made pastries.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"a-sweet-recognition-of-more-than-60-years-of-history\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">A sweet recognition of more than 60 years of history<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founded in September 1958 by Francesc Baixas and Conxita Melich, <a href=\"https:\/\/baixas.es\/en\/\"><strong>Baixas <\/strong><\/a>was born with the vocation of <strong>offering high quality artisanal pastries<\/strong>. What began as a small family workshop has grown to become a national and international benchmark in the world of pastries.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since 2021, <strong>Baixas <\/strong>has been part of <strong>Grup Oliv\u00e9<\/strong>, starting a new stage in which tradition and innovation join hands to continue surprising its customers.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"the-secret-quality-process-and-passion\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">The secret: quality, process and passion<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each creation that comes out of the <strong>Baixas <\/strong>workshop is the result of a careful and demanding process.
