• The Opera gives us the pleasure of a French classic with its layers of chocolate and coffee cake, and a 70% dark chocolate icing.
• Vanilla profiterol is a capsule of choux paste filled with a succulent cream of vanilla.
• Lemon pie is a breezy pastry bowl with a lemon cream. It provides freshness and is slightly citrus. We decorate with passion fruit.
• Chocolate truffles, made from 70% Valrhona chocolate, is a very silky ganache covered with a crunchy layer of chocolate. We finish with cocoa around the contour.

The varied pastry tray is ideal to share at any special celebration or simply to put in the middle of the table on weekends, for example. A varied proposal of flavors and textures very well balanced.
