Sourdough baguette is the combination of flour, water and a small amount of previously fermented dough. This sourdough is left to rest for a certain period of time so that it achieves the required aroma and power.

At this point, the dough is mixed with flour, water and salt, in order to obtain the final dough for the baguette. Once ready, we shape the baguette and bake them in the oven until the crust acquires a golden color and a crunchy texture. The interior is soft and fluffy.
